Financial Strategies for Mental Wellness

On September 1, 2024, we hosted our latest face-to-face mental health awareness event titled "Financial Strategies for Mental Wellness." Organized in collaboration with ALX Ethiopia and the Center for Budgetary Governance Advocacy, the session was led by our Chief Operational Manager, Dr. Abel Samuel, and CBGA’s CEO, Mr. Aboneh Teshome. Together, they explored the connection between mental health and financial awareness, emphasizing the importance of financial intelligence for mental well-being and vise versa. We believe this event has made a lasting impact, fostering more open and supportive discussions around mental health and financial wellness.
