We are happy to share our next key mental health awareness event which was titled "Depression and Substance Abuse," held on June 23, 2024. This event was led by our dedicated volunteers, Dr. Gashaw and Dr. Susan. With their combined expertise, they delivered a thorough exploration of mental health, particularly focusing on the challenges of depression and substance abuse. The session emphasized the significance of emotional authenticity and the need to prioritize mental well-being in today's fast-paced world.
